Our property offers multiple private suites inside our beautifully crafted barndominium, along with a standalone farmhouse for those wanting extra space and privacy. Designed with western farmhouse touches and cozy details throughout, each option invites you to slow down and stay awhile.
Barndominium Suites
Our Heart of Farmland suite is the smallest of our suites and is centrally located on the upper level of our new Barndominium featuring a King bed, coffee station, and 45-in Smart TV already connected to a secure Wi-Fi (FREE to guests), The private bathroom offers a single vanity and large standing shower. You are also welcome to enjoy the large upper deck facing the woods, and a year-round, all-weather creek with a small waterfall – perfect for the private opportunity of relaxing or entertaining! Enjoy watching an abundance of wildlife and our free ranging chickens throughout the day and evenings; as well as our 1-acre large backyard awaiting your desire to play outdoor games or light the firepit on a cool evening! Pets are not allowed in this suite.
Inside the Barndominium
Our Little Prairie View suite is located on the upper level of our new Barndominium featuring an open concept bedroom with a King bed and seating area, a 55-in Smart TV already connected to a secure Wi-Fi (FREE to guests), and a dry bar kitchenette space which includes a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee station. The large private bathroom offers a single vanity, a shower, and a free-standing tub to enjoy a good book or glass of wine together. This suite also offers a private balcony overlooking the parking area and wooded area to enjoy a breath of fresh air on a beautiful evening. You are also welcome to enjoy the large upper deck facing the woods, and a year-round, all-weather creek with a small waterfall – perfect for the private opportunity of relaxing or entertaining! Enjoy watching an abundance of wildlife and our free ranging chickens throughout the day and evenings; as well as our 1-acre large backyard awaiting your desire to play outdoor games or light the firepit on a cool evening! Our Milking Parlour suite is located on the main level of our new Barndominium with its own private entrance, featuring the perfect MOO-dy spacious open-concept bedroom and seating area facing a 55-in Smart TV already connected to a secure Wi-Fi (FREE to guests) with large Kitchenette and dining table seating. The kitchenette features a deep sink, Keurig coffee station, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge, wine glasses and plates. Your private bathroom features a large 4x6 shower and a single vanity. The bedroom window overlooks the backyard and wooded area and the back door allows access directly onto the main-level large back deck facing the woods, and a year-round, all-weather creek with a small waterfall – perfect for the private opportunity of relaxing or entertaining! Enjoy watching an abundance of wildlife and our free ranging chickens throughout the day and evenings; as well as our 1-acre large backyard awaiting your desire to play outdoor games, light the firepit on a cool evening, or to simply let your pets run and play! Settle in for a movie night on the 58-inch Smart TV with complimentary secure Wi-Fi, or simply unwind together after a day of exploring. Your private bathroom features a large 4x6 shower and single vanity, offering a refreshing and comfortable space to start and end your day. Step directly onto the main-level back deck from the kitchen and take in the peaceful wooded views. A year-round creek with a gentle waterfall flows nearby, creating the perfect backdrop for slow mornings with coffee or relaxed evenings with friends and family. Our brand new 2800 sq. ft., 2-story Barndominium accommodates up to 14 guests (with the option for a stow-away bed for 1, upon request) with 5-bedrooms (3 private rooms with King beds, and 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds in each), 4-full bathrooms (3 with stand-in showers and 1 with a tub). Full kitchen with individual kitchenettes and/or coffee stations in each suite. 3-King suites offer their own private bathroom and Smart TV with a small sitting area. Enjoy the large double back deck facing the woods, great for private entertaining or relaxing while watching the wildlife or our free ranging chickens; there is also a year-round, all-weather creek with a small waterfall, too! Our Farmhouse Retreat blends timeless western charm with cozy, modern comfort — offering spacious living, warm wood tones, and room to gather the ones you love most. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch or winding down after a fun Hermann day, the Farmhouse awaits!
Farmhouse
Our early 1900s Rustic Farmhouse offers 3-Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and the ability to accommodate large groups with how we have the beds situated in each bedroom. The Farmhouse sits on a peaceful 1.66 acres on the west side of Hermann - 1 mile from the Tourist main attractions! Featuring a full-service kitchen with cookware and utensils, living room with 55-in smart TV already connected to our secure Wi-Fi (FREE to guests), make-up area, laundry/entryway area, front porch, and large private back patio for entertaining. You will love staying at our quietly located farmhouse -after a long day exploring Hermann it is very enjoyable to sit out on the carport sipping our local wines, having some snacks & chatting around the firepit or grill away with the gas grill available to you. You may also see our free ranging chickens out and about during the day and are welcome to feed them or try to pet them, but please do not chase them. You are welcome to the backyard behind the Barndominium, where a year-round, all-weather creek flows! Pets are welcome, though must remain on a leash at all times outside of the farmhouse. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time unless confined to a kennel.
